CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SUPPLIER DATABASE AT THE NATIONAL EPISCOPAL CONFERENCE OF CAMEROON

 

The National Episcopal Conference of Cameroon (CENC), wishes to establish a shortlist of potential suppliers for different categories of goods and services.

 

 

This expression of interest requests qualified and competent suppliers who are capable of supplying goods and services to the National Episcopal Conference of Cameroon and who would be interested in being invited to bid on the category of items mentioned below, to request the inclusion in the NCPC supplier database.

After the deadline for submission of the expression of interest, the NCPC will review the responses and absolute discretion will be observed in selecting the suppliers to be included in the database.

 

 

This current expression of interest includes vendors who have worked with NCPC. They should reapply as part of this prequalification exercise to identify suitable vendors for a new list. The interested company (Candidate) must meet all the requirements mentioned below. Companies that possess substantial and proven performance, experienced manpower, financial resources and equipment are therefore encouraged to apply.

Required documents :

1. Written confirmation by the tenderer of his interest in participating in the prequalification process.
2. Trade register
3. Certificate of registration in the tax file
4. Certificates of non-royalty
5. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the proposed sector (provision of supporting documents, eg purchase orders);
6. Company Profile .
7. Financial statement for the last three years and Bank Identity Statement;
8. Other relevant supporting documents.

 

Thus, established and registered suppliers are requested to deposit their application files in the ballot box at the gate of the Headquarters of the National Episcopal Conference of Cameroon located in Mvolye, at the following address for suppliers based in the city of Yaoundé.
