NOTICE OF CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The Association Impact sante Afrique (ISA), a development association governed by law number
90/053 of 19 December 1990 on freedom of association, receives funding from various
sponsors and donors from international funds.
With a view to renewing its database of approved suppliers for
the 2023 financial year, Impact Santé Afrique is launching this call for expressions of interest.
Individuals or legal entities specializing in at least one (01)

of the following areas can submit a bid:
1) Publishing;
2) The printing press;
3) Hotels;
4) The supply of office furniture and office supplies;
5) The supply of computer equipment and computer services;
6) Restoration;
7) Meeting room rental;
8) Translation and interpreting;
9) IT and UPS maintenance;
10) Maintenance of air conditioners and refrigerators;
11) Computer graphics
12) Miscellaneous services;
13) Maintenance of telecommunications equipment;
14) Security services;
15) Communication agencies;
16) Audio-visual services;
17) Provision of telecommunications services;
18) Event organization;
19) Photography;
20) Insurance;
21) Decoration;
22) Catering – caterer;
23) Videography.

Proposals must be submitted in French or English.
The tenders must be accompanied by the following information concerning the tenderers:

– The submission clearly indicating the field(s) chosen;
– A copy of the extract from the commercial register for legal persons;
– Taxpayer card or registration certificate;
– The location plan;
– A tax exemption certificate;
– A certificate of bank domiciliation
– A reliable and permanent email address.

Providers who are already working with Impact Sante Afrique are asked to
reconstitute their files.
In the event of cancellation of the call for expressions of interest, tenderers may not
claim any compensation.
