NOTICE OF CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST N°001/AUF/CAMEROUN/2023 FOR
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE FILE OF SUPPLIERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

The AUF National Office in Cameroon located in Yaoundé, rue 3.387 Melen (CIRB – Technipole ENSPY),
3rd floor CITI Building, is launching a call for expressions of interest for the renewal of the
supplier file of its sites in Yaoundé (Campus Numérique Francophone de Yaoundé, Center
d’Employabilité Francophone de Yaoundé), in Douala (Centre d’Employabilité Francophone de Douala) and
in Ngaoundéré (Campus Numérique Francophone de Ngaoundéré).

AUF Cameroon invites suppliers of goods, service providers and others to express their
interest in the areas of activity below:
1. Provision of Internet connection;
2. Office supplies (stationery, etc.);
3. Computer hardware (computer equipment, computer consumables);
4. Printing, reprography, computer graphics;
5. Office furniture;
6. Electricity, plumbing, hygiene (disinfestation, rodent control, cleaning of septic tanks, etc.)
7. Generator (maintenance);
8. Fire safety (equipment, installation, training, maintenance, etc.);
9. Air conditioning (supply, maintenance);
10. Housekeeping and cleaning (buildings, gardens and surrounding areas);
11. Removal of rubbish;
12. Guarding;

13. Local mail delivery;
14. Fire and theft insurance;
15. Catering;
16. Travel agency;
17. Hotel industry;
18. Transit and logistics;
19. Money transfer (third party payment);
20. Works (construction, redevelopment, rehabilitation etc.).

Potential service providers and suppliers must provide the following documents dated less than
three months:
– Certificate of bank domiciliation or RIB
– Photocopy of the bank card valid taxpayer
– Photocopy of the commercial register
– Certificate of non-tax liability
