Call for Quotations for the Construction
of School Infrastructures

I. Purpose
The Aminatou Outia Foundation is a Cameroonian non-governmental organization
which works to improve access to education for young
boys, girls and women in the regions of Adamaoua, North and
Extreme northern and eastern Cameroon. As part of its
“1000/120” project, the foundation aims to support the construction and rehabilitation of
classrooms in rural areas of Cameroon.
The purpose of this call for quotation is the construction of
school infrastructure in the region of Cameroon. North Cameroon. The infrastructure to be built

includes:
 3 classrooms
 A director’s office
 4 latrines
 A teacher’s room
 A library that can be used as a computer room
II. Financing
Construction financing is provided by the Aminatou Outia foundation.
III. Conditions of Participation
A. Bidders
May bid:
 Individuals
 Construction companies already established in the Northern region
 All with proof of at least 10 years of professional experience in the
field of construction

B. Submission File
The file The submission must include the following documents:
 A request for submission
to foundationoutia.org
 Certificates of qualification and experience
 The work execution schedule
 The estimated quote

IV. Submission Deadline Submission
files must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the
foundation’s headquarters in Yaoundé in the dredging district opposite the UNESCO office no
later than March 20, 2024. or sent by email to contact@fondationoutia.org

VI. Selection Criteria
Bids will be selected on the basis of the following criteria:
 Price
 Quality of materials and work
 Completion time
 Experience of the bidder

VIII. Conclusion
This call for quotation aims to select a bidder capable of
carrying out the construction work on school infrastructure under the
best conditions of quality, time and price.
NB:
 This call for quotation does not constitute a contractual commitment on the
part of the foundation
 The aminatou Outia foundation reserves the right not to respond to this
call for quotation.
