NOTICE OF INVITATION TO TENDERS–AAO1-

SUBJECT OF THE CALL FOR TENDERS

The Country Coordinator of the FAIRMED FOUNDATION in Cameroon publishes a national Call for Tenders open to the selection of a consultant
for the final evaluation of the state improvement project health of vulnerable populations
in the health district of Abong-Mbang phase 3.

 

 

 

2-CONSISTENCE OF THE WORKS

The service covered by this Call for Tenders
consists of carrying out an analysis of the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, , the internal/external coherence, the impact and the sustainability
of the BAKAphase 3 project both in terms of content and form. In other words, it is a concrete
question of assessing the level of achievement of the results at the end of this phase of the project.

 

 

3-PARTICIPATION
Participation in this consultation is open to natural or legal persons (organizations), Cameroonians
exclusively, with experience in the following areas: – Maturation, assembly, monitoring, evaluation
and management of support projects for the health and community development;-Local participatory development;
-Public/community health, Anthropology, or sociology of health, -Decentralization of Cameroon.

4-TERM OF THE CONTRACT

The duration of the contract issued by this Invitation to Tender is thirty (30) days from the date of signature.

5-CONSULTATION OF THE CALL FOR TENDERS

The invitation to tender dossier may be consulted at the following times (08h00-12h30 and 14h-16h)  
at the Secretariat of the FAIRMED Cameroon Office, in Yaoundé located on the new Omnisport road, SODEPA entrance as soon as this notice is published.

7-DEADLINE FOR ADMISSIBILITY OF OFFERS
Each offer written in French or in English and in three (03) copies,
one (1) Original and two (02) copies must reach the secretariat of the FAIRMED Foundation no later than June 16, 2023 at 12 p.m. sharp.
