Call for tenders no. 001ARDHU-2025: Purchase of a Motorcycle
Context : As part of the implementation of these activities of the project “Support and protection of
children affected by conflicts, floods and security crises in the
Mayo-Tsanaga department, Far North region of Cameroon” funded by CERF-UNICEF.
The organization Action for the Respect of Human Rights and Human Dignity (ARDHU)
is requesting offers for the purchase of a motorcycle.
DESCRIPTION
ARDHU is looking for a supplier who can supply the items with the characteristics below:

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION PLACE
Interested service providers are required to collect the offer free of charge from the ARDHU office and
submit their offers by email to the following address: ardhucameroun@gmail.com or
physically at the ARDHU headquarters located in Maroua – Baoliwol opposite Riga Hotel no later than
May 19, 2025 at 3 p.m. sharp.

CONTENT OF THE OFFER
The offer must include:
– Administrative documents of the company (trade register, non-tax fee,
registration certificate, bank domiciliation certificate).

EVALUATION CRITERIA
Offers will be evaluated on the basis of the following criteria:
• Evaluation of the service provider’s administrative documents (Trade register,
registration certificate, up-to-date tax compliance certificate,
bank domiciliation certificate);
• Location plan.
DISCLAIMERS
ARDHU may conduct a background check on any selected supplier.
• ARDHU may cancel the solicitation and not award;
• ARDHU may reject any or all responses received;
• Issuance of the solicitation does not constitute a commitment to award by ARDHU;
• ARDHU reserves the right to disqualify any offer based on the offeror’s failure to comply with the
solicitation instructions;
• ARDHU will not compensate any bidder for responding to the solicitation;
• ARDHU reserves the right to award an award based on the initial evaluation of the offers without
further discussion;
• ARDHU may choose to award only a portion of the solicitation activities, or to issue
multiple awards based on the solicitation activities;
• ARDHU has the right to issue amendments to the RFQ at any time.
