Call for Tender No. AFD003/14022024: Supply of Coffee Manufacturing Kits (Crushing Machine)

Context: The Women and Development Association (AFD), beneficiary of the AGRAF project, is requesting offers for the supply of Coffee Manufacturing Kits. These kits will be used as part of activity 2.1 of the project and will include various equipment necessary for the production of artisanal coffee.

Place of submission

 

Tenders must be submitted in a closed envelope marked “Call for Tenders AFD003” to the AFD headquarters located in Maroua.

 

Content of the offer

 

 

Offers will include in a sealed envelope:

1. A detailed or pro-forma financial offer indicating detailed prices, delivery time, validity, payment conditions after delivery, method of payment by check and guarantees if applicable

1. The following administrative documents: registration certificate, up-to-date tax levy and a bank domiciliation certificate
2. Two similar proofs of performance of services
3. Full contact details of the bidder

 

Selection criteria

 

Offers will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

 

• Control of administrative documents (the absence of a document may be grounds for rejection)

 

• Evaluation of specifications, deadline, payment terms, payment method and warranty and experience

 

The contract will be awarded to the bidder who presented the best bid, i.e. the best financial offer presenting the best conditions.
