Position based in Nkoteng/ Mbandjock

MISSIONS

•  Participate in negotiations, contract monitoring, development of import and local purchasing programs and order follow-up;
•  Ensure and monitor the movements of ADs in Procurement;
•  Ensure and monitor invoice movements while managing compliance control reference, quantity and price;
•  Ensure the registration and archiving of purchase orders;
•  Follow the commitment committees, the programming and the follow-up of the delivery missions.

REQUIREMENTS

•  Training: Sales / Purchasing / Logistics / Economics / Management;
•  Diploma: hold at least a BAC + 3 in one of the above fields;
•  Technical skills: have mastery of purchasing processes. Solid knowledge in the use of the computer tool.
•  Basic knowledge of accounting, economics and management;
