CHIEF SALES – ELIM BEVERAGES & FOODS
The Chief Sales will have to be involved in the daily management of the company in collaboration with the heads of the various departments. He will have to set up strategies aimed at promoting sales and ensuring the sustainability of the company.
Responsibilities:

Participate in the definition of the company’s commercial strategy
-
Reporting to the Commercial Chief or the management on the evolution of the turnover and on the profitability of the region.

Control and adjustment of all inappropriate sales models such as declining level of sales, low level of sales territory coverage;

Assignment of work to supervisors, organization of daily and weekly management meetings and communication to
-
supervisors of all issues and issues noted;
-
Supervision and control of the work of the commercial team;
-
Animation and management of sales teams in order to improve their productivity and increase their turnover;
-
building the capacity of the sales force;
-
Monitoring of commercial results and measurement of the achievement of set objectives;
-
Representation externally vis-à-vis strategic clients;
-
Organization of weekly management meetings by defining the tasks to be carried out in collaboration with the other departments;
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales or any equivalent diploma.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the sale of consumer products or beverages.

Very good knowledge of the English language.
