•  Ensure telephone reception, transmit them to the departments concerned while respecting the company’s own standards (filtering, caller identification, call qualification);
•  Ensure the reception of visitors to the company, put them in contact with the department concerned or apply the planned procedures;
•  Ensure the classification, archiving and backup of files relating to its function;
• Receive and ship packages and mail;
• Receive faxes and dispatch;
• Submit transfer orders and record invoices;
•  Receive internship and job applications and forward them to human resources;
•  Be associated with any study likely to achieve the “Total Quality” objective

1 – Skills:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree.
•  Professional experience: at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

2 – Special requirements

Knowledge, Know-how: 

• Mastery of a telecommunications console 
•  Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases
• Be bilingual (French and English)
• High sense of interpersonal relationships

Soft skills : resistance to stress, respect for deadlines, rigor, efficiency, integrity, discretion.
