POST ACTIVITIES
- Main missions and activities:
- Set up and develop the customer portfolio;
- Design and manage the action plan for marketing and commercial activities;
- Implementation and monitoring of social networks (Facebook) and website for brand promotion.
- Carry out prospecting and benchmarking activities;
- Ensure the follow-up of sales activities;
- Ensure market intelligence, competition and consumer trends;
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential customers;
- Deal with the needs expressed by customers;
- Personally follow all customers and strategic prospects;
- Develop business proposals;
- Respond to customer requests and objections;
- Maintain and expand the database of existing customers and prospects
- Develop the sales strategy;
- Develop and monitor sales targets;
- Perform any other tasks entrusted by the hierarchy within his/her field of competence
- Collaborate closely with processing and production;
- Prepare progress reports;
- Context of the position; Under the authority of the General Manager, he/she will supervise a team, enjoying a strong autonomy in his/her activities.

JOB
PROFILE Desired education:
- Minimum BAC + 3 in Marketing Commerce Sales and or any equivalent diploma
Experiment:
- Minimum 03 years of experience in the field.
- Experience in selling fish and agricultural products would be an asset
Skills:
- Mastery of marketing techniques;
- Mastery of prospecting and sales techniques;
- Ability to set up a commercial organization;
- Good knowledge in the practice of communication;
- Understanding the agri-food sector would be a plus;
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft package.
- Knowledge: foreign languages
- Advanced French level.
- Fluency in English would be an asset.
Know how to be:
- Organizational skills, team spirit, dynamics, innovation skills, adaptability, open-mindedness, creativity, great interpersonal skills proven negotiation skills
- Persuasiveness.
