CIMENCAM IS RECRUITING A CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR

FUNCTION

 

 

 

 

MAIN MISSIONS

• Achievement of production objectives in quantity and quality
• Preserving the safety of its employees and facilities
• Environmental protection.

 

 

 

 

SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES

• Ensure the running of the grinding, drying and ancillary equipment workshops and conveying circuit by maximizing production and regularity of operation
• Ensure the conduct of workshops and annexes
• Optimizing workshop operations
• Ensuring the feeding of the hoppers
• Apply the operating notes relating to driving
• Manage the optimal filling of silos and hoppers while respecting production plans
• Take the necessary actions to avoid material spills and leaks
• Conduct manufacturing operations (supervision, maintenance, load, internal inspection, range of execution, etc.)
• Respect the walking instructions transmitted by the hierarchical superiors
• Immediately inform his hierarchy and report on any situation or event that could significantly affect the safety of people and installations, productivity, quality and the environment
• Fill out the manufacturing forms, fill in the dashboards and comment on them.

 

 

 

 

 

 

PROFILE

• Minimum Bac +2/3 in industrial techniques trades
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar function (cement manufacturing)
• Knowledge of regulations relating to health, safety and the environment in his field; Good knowledge of the operation of equipment
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles
• Knowledge of product quality parameters and quality control testing
• Knowledge of IT tools to help drive crushers
• Having a good experience in a cement plant would be an asset

He/She must have:

• The ability to communicate and report reliably
• The spirit of analysis and synthesis
• The meaning of teamwork
• Attention to detail, rigor and integrity.
