CIMENCAM IS RECRUITING A CORPORATE PROJECT MANAGER

FUNCTION

MAIN MISSIONS

In direct contact with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Corporate Project Manager liaises with the various departments on specific projects and strategic presentations.

SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES

• Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and the various departments
• Assist the CEO in the diligent processing of the files entrusted to him
• Follow actions and projects at the request of the hierarchy
• Produce briefing notes and strategic presentations
• Participate in improving the efficiency of the organization
• Collect, process and analyze information on demand
• Prepare meetings, meeting minutes and track actions
• Supervise the projects entrusted by the hierarchy and summarize the subjects
• Propose, prepare, elaborate and format information for internal and external communication of the hierarchy on strategic subjects (memos, emails, presentations, reports, etc.)
• Develop reports on the progress of projects and actions entrusted to it.

PROFILE

• Min Bac + 4/5 Engineer / Financial with one or two years of minimum experience in a consulting firm or in industry
• Have a good knowledge of the project management approach and be able to lead several projects at the same time
• Have a good knowledge of the Cement sector
• Have a good command of the Office office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
• Have a good global vision of the business (Industry, Finance, Strategy, etc.).
