FUNCTION
MAIN MISSIONS
The incumbent is required to supervise operations in the bagging workshops.
SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES
- Track bagging KPIs
- Coordinate and monitor loading operations
- Ensure regular rounds in the workshop to prevent incidents
- Perform first level inspections
- Carry out first level maintenance interventions
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workshop
- Ensure the application of work procedures
- Ensure the safety of buffer stores during his shift
- Ensure the management of the bag store during his shift
- Accounting for the use of bags at the end of his shift
PROFILE
- Bac+2/3 in the fields of mechanics or electricity
- At least 3 years of experience
- Good knowledge of safety rules
- Good knowledge of equipment operation
- Good experience in the organization of equipment maintenance,
- Good foundations in the management of stores and bags
- Ability to prepare reports
- Having a good experience in a cement plant would be an asset
He/she must have
- Good communication skills and reliable reporting
- The spirit of analysis and synthesis
- The meaning of teamwork
- Attention to detail, rigor and integrity.
