CIMENCAM IS RECRUITING A PATROLLER

FUNCTION

MAIN MISSION

 

 

 

 

The patroller will have to detect and report all possible deviations to ensure that equipment and operations are running continuously.

SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES

• Ensure the proper execution of work methods and procedures
• Ensure that silos and hoppers during silage are in compliance
• Immediately inform the shift manager in the event of a finding of an anomaly
• Measure the vacuum heights of silos (raw materials and finished products) and fuel tanks for inventory updates
• Ensure the unloading of fuel upon receipt
• Ensure first level maintenance operations
• Propose improvements in the operation of facilities
• Ensure plant cleanliness by preventing material spills and dust emissions
• Supervise material recycling in the event of a spill
• Share the results of its rounds / inspections with the inspectors and ensure that the actions are carried out
• Supervise carries out small PAS operations (truck loading, bulk, MP, Fuel, Biomass reception, start-up)
• Follow the supply of the hoppers and check the level of the gypsum hoppers
• Conduct manufacturing operations (supervision, maintenance, charge, internal inspections, etc.)

 

 

 

 

PROFILE

• Minimum a Bac+2/3 in mechanics or electricity,
• At least 01 year of experience in industrial trades (Maintenance and Production)
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles
• Knowledge of product quality parameters and quality control testing
• Knowledge of production management and planning methods
• Knowledge of cement processes.

He/She must have

• The ability to communicate and report reliably
• The spirit of analysis and synthesis
• The meaning of teamwork
• The sense of detail, rigor and integrity,

 

 

TONGUE

Professional French and English.
