CIMENCAM IS RECRUITING A SENIOR IT END USER SUPPORT

FUNCTION

• Contribute effectively to the sustainability of IT activities by aligning IT solutions with the needs and operational strategy of the Business;
• Contribute effectively to the establishment and maintenance of a reliable information system that meets user requirements.
• Propose IS operating policies and procedures adapted to local realities, aligned with Holcim standards and compliant with CIA requirements;
• Securing user access to confidential data on the computer network;

 

 

 

 

 

• Contribute to the administration of data backup/restore systems;
• Contribute to the centralized management of IT projects to achieve CIMENCAM’s IT objectives;
• Carry out computer interventions on the entire micro fleet;
• Perform internal IT control tasks;
• Conduct system audit activities and contribute to the follow-up of recommendations;
• Actively participate in the resolution of incidents related to the administration of virtual servers Bundles, Active Directory, Gmail and BU databases;
• Ensure the implementation and semi-annual review of IT contracts and make recommendations regarding market developments;
• Assist users of IT applications/solutions (example: JDE, LIFE, ADAP, BCMix, Delta RH, OneService, etc.).

 

 

PROFILE

• Min Bac  4 /5  + in Network Administration / IT or equivalent;
• Certification in project management (PMI approach or Prince 2 approach) would be an asset;
• ITIL V3 certification would also be an asset.
• Have a Certification on server virtualization or on Windows Server 2016/2019;
• At least 10 years of professional experience in the field of IT, system administration;
• Have successfully deployed ERPs (NAVISION, ORACLE, JDE, etc.);
• Conduct and management of IT projects;
• Very good knowledge of computer networks
• Very good database knowledge
• A good ability to optimize costs

 

 

 

TONGUE

• A good professional level in English and French
