Description
MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES:
· Manage and coordinate customer accounting to ensure quality accounting production in compliance with deadlines and national and international procedures
§ Process, record and analyze operations related to local customer accounts (distributors, postpaid, etc.)
§ Process, record and analyze operations related to interconnection and roaming (customer and supplier accounts)
§ Manage complaints related to POSTPAID customers (reversals, tax relief, unpaid amounts, refund of deposits)
§ Interact and provide support to operational staff, in the context of recovery and settlement of customer receivables
§ Evaluate and monitor the provision for customer receivables
§ Ensure the processing and accounting of commissions (partner, Oshop, Key accounts, etc.)
§ Manage blockages related to the consumption of distributor commissions
· Take part in financial reporting work and ensure control of accounts within the client scope
§ Monitor and analyze customer and supplier accounts within the scope, as well as related FAE and FNP accounts, guarantees, etc.
§ Control operations from the scope (BG-Auxiliary Balance Reconciliation, BG-Aged Balance, control of uploading of invoicing and collection data, operator netting, etc.)
§ Ensure the preparation and monthly transmission of Group invariants relating to the customer scope
§ Participate in billing system update projects, as well as any other project related to his/her field of activity
Actively contribute to audit missions and other control missions.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Standard training: BAC+5 accounting/finance/audit/management control
Minimum experience: 2 years in a similar position
