Commercial Supervisor NEEDED AT Member of AREKO GROUP

AURE RH , Member of AREKO GROUP , is recruiting for the needs of one of its clients in the industry sector, a Sales Supervisor

Job Title: Sales Supervisor

 

 

 

Duties:

• Manage employee schedules, schedules and leave requests
• Assign tasks to employees and monitor their progress
• Ensure daily sales/production targets are met
• Count receipts at the end of the working day
• Train and participate in the integration of new employees
• Provide advice and feedback to employees when they need it
• Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations
• Handle customer and employee complaints
• Resolve conflicts between employees

 

 

Profile :

Academic level : minimum baccalaureate + 3 in marketing, sales, commerce or any other equivalent diploma; another degree in management is an advantage

Have previous experience in a similar position

 

 

 

SKILLS :

• Thorough knowledge of industry safety standards
• Thorough knowledge of basic software, such as Word and Excel
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, such as standing for long hours and occasionally lifting heavy loads
• Work effectively within a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Time and conflict management skills

Location: Douala-Bonaberi
