JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a Community Manager who will work to idealize, write and share high quality content. Reporting to the Marketing and Sales Manager, the chosen person will be called upon to participate in the wide variety of projects in collaboration with the strategic team in the deployment of brand and campaign content.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

With your new team, you will:

  • Animate and manage the content of the web and social media ecosystem (site, intranet, social networks);
  • Create, write and adapt the content of articles according to the medium (social networks, site, intranet, newsletter, etc.);
  • Design the editorial schedule via a collaborative tool;
  • Create infographics, videos and animated gifs in accordance with the charter in place;
  • Moderate comments and manage e-reputation;
  • Ensure the proper functioning of sites and intranets;
  • Create emailing campaigns;
  • Follow KPIs;

 

 

 

 

 

  • Ensure regular reporting of the actions carried out;
  • Do competitive intelligence to follow innovations and trends in the sector.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • You have a Bac+2 higher education with a specialization in digital communication;
  • Experience of 2/3 years as a Community Manager desired.

NECESSARY QUALITIES TO THRIVE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Responsiveness, rigor, curiosity and creativity;
  • Agility, autonomy and versatility;
  • Team spirit;
  • Have a real digital culture;
  • Proactive and curious, willing to provide expertise on Social Media;

Mastery         of social networks, CMS tools;

  • Spirit of synthesis, editorial qualities and excellent level of spelling;
  • Creative and familiar with computer graphics editing software/applications;
  • Mastery of collaborative, monitoring and e-reputation tools.

Bilingual         _

  • Proven experience in Direct Marketing.

REMUNERATION

  • Throughout the internship period

–          Monthly allowance: 50,000 FCFA

–           Commissions and bonuses on monthly objectives.
