JOB DESCRIPTION: COMMUNITY MANAGER
 Job Title: Community Manager
 Location: Douala, Bonamoussadi
ABOUT TSS: TSS is a firm specializing in performance management through dashboard
implementation and training. We offer online and in-person training, as well as a dashboard tools platform . We regularly publish newsletters, organize webinars and promote our services online. We are looking for a talented Community Manager to join our team and strengthen our online presence. 




RESPONSIBILITIES: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT:  Develop and implement a content strategy on social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).  Manage and animate TSS’s social media accounts, engaging the community and responding to comments and messages. 

CONTENT CREATION: Publish blog articles, social media posts, and newsletters . Publish visual and video content in collaboration with the creative team. Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with TSS’s business objectives. Create an editorial calendar to ensure the regular publication of engaging content across all platforms. 

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT: Organize and host online events (such as AMA sessions – Ask Me Anything) to further engage the community. Monitor online conversations about the brand and the industry to identify trends and engagement opportunities. 

SEO (SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION): Optimize blog and web page content to improve SEO and increase organic traffic. Use SEO tools to identify keyword opportunities, track performance, and suggest improvements.  Collaborate with the creative team to integrate SEO best practices into all published content. 

ONLINE PROMOTION:  Implement online promotion campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads to promote our training courses and our tool platform.  Track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns to optimize results. MARKETING TOOLS MANAGEMENT:  Knowing how to use tools such as drip.com, easywebinaire, leadpages are a plus
CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT AND LOYALTY:
 Develop strategies to engage and retain training participants
and users of the tool platform.




 Respond to customer questions and comments on social media and
other communication channels.
ANALYSIS AND REPORTING:
 Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports
on community activities and marketing campaigns.

 Propose improvements based on performance analyses.
INTERNAL COLLABORATION:
 Work closely with sales, customer support
and product development departments to align communication and marketing initiatives
with company objectives.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS
 Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure and
analyze traffic and engagement.
 Familiarity with influencer marketing and collaborating with influencers
to promote products and services.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
 Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role.
 Excellent writing and communication skills.
 Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
 In-depth knowledge of SEO and SEO best practices.
 Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.

 Creativity and the ability to come up with new and innovative ideas.
 Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure and
analyze traffic and engagement.
 Familiarity with influencer marketing and working with influencers
to promote products and services.
 Knowledge of online training, in-person training, and
dashboard tool platforms would be a plus.
 Experience with online marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook
Ads, LinkedIn Ads, leadpages, drip.com, and easywebinar are a plus.
PERSONAL QUALITIES:
 Proactive and autonomous.
 Excellent organizational and time management skills.
 Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
 Passion for social media, digital marketing, and SEO.
 Strong team player and the ability to collaborate effectively with different
departments.
 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
