Announcement:
The Minister Delegate at the Presidency in charge of Defence informs personnel of the Defence and Security Forces of the following ranks:
Second Lieutenant
Lieutenant (First Echelon)
Sergeant/Second Petty Officer
Competitive exams are open for 02 (two) Pupil Magistrates and 02 (two) Military Student Registrars at the National School of Administration and Magistracy (ENAM) for the 2025/2026 academic year.
Submission Details:
Documents must be submitted to the Department of Military Justice by Monday, 26 May 2025 at 3:30 PM after validation by ENAM.

Medical certificate dated less than three (03) months, signed by an administration-approved physician.
Certified copy of a handwritten or typewritten birth certificate.
Handwritten application addressed to MINDEF (Ministry of Defence).
Reduced dossier (specific file format).
Academic records and disciplinary reports from the last three (03) years.
Four (04) color 4×4 passport photos in uniform (without headgear).
