POSITION: COMPLIANCE CONTROL MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS:

BAC + 3/4 specialized in banking, auditing, finance or business law
Good knowledge of regulatory and legislative provisions (COBAC, OHADA, etc.)

Professional experience: Minimum 03 years in a similar position

MISSIONS

Ensure technical and regulatory monitoring of activities,
follow regulatory and legislative developments to ensure that the institution is in compliance Risk assessment: Identify and assess the risks of non-compliance

in order to implement control measures to ensure
ongoing compliance, production quality and control of operational risks.
Control and monitoring: carry out controls and monitoring to
detect any incidents of non-compliance, particularly with regard to
money laundering risks for each transaction processed.
