Opening a selection test for the recruitment of fifty (50) Midwives/Maieuticians covered by the Labor Code on behalf of the Ministry of Public Health for the 2024 financial year.
THE MINISTER OF CIVIL SERVICE AND ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM,
Having regard to the Constitution;
Having regard to Law 11092/007 of 14 August 1992 on the Labour Code;
Having regard to Decree No. 78/484 of 9 November 1978 establishing the common provisions applicable to State Agents covered by the Labour Code;
Having regard to Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 on the organisation of the Government, amended and supplemented by Decree 1102018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Having regard to Decree 1102012/537 of 19 November 2012 on the organisation of the Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Reform;
Having regard to Decree 1102018/191 of 2 March 2018 on the reorganisation of the Government;
In view of Decree 1102000/696/PM of September 13, 2000 establishing the General System of Administrative Competitions;
In view of Order No. 0040/PM of May 19, 2022 establishing the terms of granting of disabled persons during administrative competitions and recruitment of fifty (5 s/maieuticians covered by the Labor Code (category 9/1), for the 2024 financial year.
b ) The tests will take place on October 6, 2024 at the single center in Yaoundé.
Article 2.- CONDITIONS FOR RE-APPLYING.
1- General conditions:
Cameroonians who meet the following conditions may apply:
a) be physically fit to practice the profession of Midwife or Maternal and Childcare Provider;
b) be at least seventeen (17) years old and not more than forty (40) years old as of January 1, 2024 (born between January 1, 1984 and January 1, 2007).
c) However, disabled persons holding a national disability card issued by the competent authorities benefit from an age exemption for a maximum of five (05) years, above the age limit set above, in accordance with Order No. 0040/PM of May 19, 2022 referred to above.

2- Specific Condition:
Hold the Midwife/Maieutician diploma issued by a national training establishment or by one of the foreign or international schools appearing on a list established by decree of the Prime Minister.
Article 3.- COMPOSITION OF APPLICATION FILES.
Files may be submitted online at concoursonline.minfopra.gov.cm or submitted to the ten (10) Regional Delegations of the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform, until Friday, September 20, 2024, deadline and must imperatively include the following documents:
1. A registration form stamped at one thousand five hundred (1,500) CFA francs, a printout of which is available in the services of the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform or in the Regional Delegations of said Ministry and downloadable from the website: http://www.minfopra.gov.cm;
2. A certified copy of birth certificate signed by a competent civil authority;
3. An extract from the criminal record;
4. A certified copy of the certificate, signed by a competent civil authority;
5. A certificate of final diploma, signed by a competent civil authority;
6. A medical certificate issued by a public sector doctor;
7. A receipt for payment of the sum of twenty thousand (20,000) CFA francs issued by a manager of the EXPRESS UNION counter at the place of submission of the application file;
8. Two (02) 4×4 photos,
9. An envelope stamped with one thousand five hundred (1500) CFA francs candidate.
Candidates who submit their files online are exempt from the formalities of submitting physical files. However, said files must be submitted to the Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Reform for candidates declared definitively admitted.
Candidates wishing to be supported free of charge in the online registration procedure can contact the branches of the National Youth Observatory (ONJ) housed within the Multifunctional Youth Promotion Centers (CMPJ).
In the event of a lack of applications in a specialty or a quorum not being reached in said specialty, the number of places reserved or remaining for the latter will be given to the candidates in the specialty with the greatest number of applications. Any incomplete or late application or application whose documents are signed in a police station will not be accepted.
Documents legalized by an administrative, municipal or judicial authority must be dated less than three (03) months from the date of filing of the files.
Article 4.- PROGRAM, DATE AND TIMES OF THE WRITTEN EXAMS.
1- The composition program is that of the cycle of studies issuing the diploma required to apply.
2- The written exams of the test will take place on the following date and times:

3- The deadline for access to the rooms is set at 07:00.
Article 5.- PUBLICATION AND CONDITIONS OF REMUNERATION.
The final results of this test will be published by order of the Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Reform.
The terms of remuneration of candidates definitively selected at the end of this test are those applicable to State personnel covered by the Labor Code.
Article 6.- Any fraud noted before, during or after the competition will be sanctioned in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.
Article 7.- This order will be registered and published wherever necessary. /-
