Activities:
- Development and updating of legal affairs management procedures;
- Negotiation of certain clauses with the parties to the contract;
- Analysis of legal cases and proposal of a line of defence;
- Legal and prospective monitoring;
- Elaboration or validation of commercial contracts;
- Management of litigation and pre-litigation files;
- Follow-up of ongoing legal cases with the Head of Department;
- Advice and legal assistance to heads of departments;
- Raising the awareness of departments to risks (legal / ethical) in a compliance approach.
Profile:
- Bac +4/5 in Law;
- 7-8 years of experience;
- Imperative experience in debt collection and litigation.
