RECRUITMENT OF A FIRM, ASSOCIATION OR CONSULTANT FOR THE STUDY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A WASTE MANAGEMENT
PLAN INTEGRATING THE CIRCULAR ECONOMY
– ACF Cameroon Mission

Action Contre la Faim fights against the causes and effects of hunger and diseases which threaten the lives of children, women and men in vulnerable situations. Founded in France in 1979, Action Contre la Faim is a non-governmental, non-political, non-religious, and non-profit organization.
Present in Cameroon since 2014 without interruption, Action Contre la Faim strives to address each of the four humanitarian issues identified in Cameroon, namely food security, malnutrition, the presence of the problem of displaced people and the epidemiological risk.

Objective :
As part of the implementation of the ACF Environmental Policy, launched in May 2022, the challenge of the consultancy is to define technically and financially viable solutions that will respond to the problem of collecting and processing waste from ACF activities. in Cameroon, limiting negative environmental impacts as much as possible and integrating circular economy dynamics as best as possible.

Participation:
Participation in this call for tenders is open to all associations, firms and consultants regularly established in Cameroon, having a compliant and valid tax file and meeting the skills required in the field.

Withdrawal of terms of reference:
The terms of reference will be available from October 2 to 6, 2023 during working hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the premises of Action Contre La Faim (ACF) in Yaoundé. A request will be made in advance to this address: appel-offre@cm-actioncontrelafaim.org or physically at the office of Action Contre La Faim (ACF) in Bastos rue du stadium N° 1778.

Date and place of submission of offers:
Offers must be physically deposited at the ACF premises in Yaoundé and/or by email to the address: appel-offre@cm-actioncontrelafaim.org no later than October 13, 2023 at 5 p.m.

Offers received after the specified date and time will not be valid.
