Position to be filled: CORPORATE MIDDLE OFFICE MANAGER
Position: MANAGER
JOB DUTIES
- Ensure the administrative management of front office operations in compliance with regulatory procedures and instructions;
- Ensure the correct application of banking conditions to Corporate customers.
ACTIVITIES OF THE POST
- Guarantee the quality of services related to the processing of operations (domestic and international) initiated within the management;
- Ensure the application and compliance with internal procedures;
- Propose criteria for analysis and improvement of the activity;
- Organize the Reporting of the Management’s activity;
- Coordinate the administrative management of the Directorate;
- Manage the middle office team;
- Ensure the execution of the control schedule;
- Implement the quality objectives set by Management;
- Develop control and verification schedules for the Directorate’s operations (domestic and international);
- Track the indicators needed to measure customer satisfaction; Monitor outstanding operations.
HOLDER PROFILE
- Required diploma: Master’s degree in Economic Sciences (Currency – Banking – Finance) and Management (Accounting Taxation – Business Administration), Bachelor or Master of Science (Banking – Finance – Accounting), MBA;
- Experience: 05 years minimum in the front office or administrative processing services (back office).
Knowledge
- Mastery of banking operations, procedures and processing circuits;
- Knowledge of banking regulations relating to domestic and international operations;
- Knowledge of Corporate financing and product ranges;
- Proficiency in English (professional English as a minimum);
- Proficiency in IT tools, Amplitude, Microsoft-office and other job-related applications.
Know-how and know-how
- Managerial and leadership skills;
- Power of proposal;
- Availability ;
- Capacity for analysis and synthesis;
- Sense of ethics;
- Effective communication (written and oral / English and French);
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines;
- Ability to research information and update knowledge;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Good interpersonal skills and a sense of teamwork.
