*CREDIT ANALYSTS /POOL MANAGER NEEDED AT BICEC BANK*

• Supervise the team of credit analysts in terms of skills development, determination and monitoring of objectives, as well as the review of credit files;
• Support the development of the business in a healthy and sustainable manner, in accordance with the standards of the bank and the Group;
• Guarantee the quality of the commitments of the Business Division by supervising the credit file processing process within the Pool;
• Ensure an independent view in the processing of credit files;
• Ensure compliance with standards and processes related to credit management within the Business Division.

• Check the compliance of credit files with Bank standards;
• Monitor the commitments of the Business Division within the framework of the Bank’s credit policy;
• Ensure the preparation of the credit committees of the Business Division;

• Compliance with management rules and the delegation scheme;
• The existence and relevance of supporting documents for any credit file;
• Entering bank conditions relating to loan granting decisions;
• The effective updating of customer files.
• Interact with employees of the Business Division as part of the activity of the credit analyst pool; 
• Monitor Pool credit files;
• Maintain monthly reporting of the entity’s activity.
• Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Credit Risk Policy approved for BICEC.

• Masters or Masters in Economic Sciences (Money, Banking, Finance) and Tax Management 
• Business Administration), Master of Science (Banking – Finance – Accounting), MBA, ITB Banking Diploma;
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in banking, including 4 years in the commitments sector (customer service officer, credit analyst, etc.). Solid experience in the Large Enterprise and/or SME market.

• Mastery of financial and economic analysis of companies;
• Mastery of the analysis of sectors of activity / market segments of the economy.
• Mastery of banking and financial regulations;
• Control of credit, banking and operational risks;
• Proficiency in IT tools (office automation, banking software).

• Managerial and leadership skills;
• Power of proposal;
• Availability ;
• Capacity for analysis and synthesis;
• Sensitivity to credit risks;
• Sense of ethics;
• Effective communication (written and oral / English and French);
• Ability to present and defend a position on a file (committees, senior decision-maker, network);

• Good interpersonal skills and a sense of teamwork.
