Job Summary
As a Customer Service Agent at Glotelho, you will be a key point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-store interactions. You will also have the exciting opportunity to develop deep product knowledge in specific product lines, becoming a trusted advisor to our customers.
Main Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-store interactions, ensuring a positive and helpful experience for every customer.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and promotions.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery or pick-up.
• Troubleshoot customer product issues and provide clear and concise solutions.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell related products and services.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of specific product lines, becoming a product specialist and a trusted advisor to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data security.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Eagerness to learn and develop deep knowledge in specific product lines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) (preferred).
