RESEARCH PROFILE: CUSTOMER MANAGER

 

The ARCHIPEL CM training firm is looking for a CUSTOMER MANAGER for the needs of a partner company.

 




 

               REQUIRED PROFILE :

 

–  Hold a BAC+2

– Language: Being Bilingual (English / French) 

– Gender: Male / Female 

– Experience: 1 year minimum 

 

              SKILLS :



 

– Have a sense of listening;

– Have interpersonal skills;

– Know how to show empathy to identify the needs of each of its customers;

– Enjoy taking up challenges to achieve specific goals;

-Be able to advise and negotiate with customers;

-Support pressure and manage sometimes conflicting relationships;

– Mastering sales techniques;

-Know how to conduct a negotiation;

-Know how to use office tools and the internet;

-Be able to prospect for new customers;

-Know the products and services offered by the company;

             ASSIGNMENTS:

 

– Retain and increase the customer portfolio;

-Implement commercial actions to prospect the customer; 

-Carry out and analyze the monitoring (quantitative, qualitative) of surveys;

– Conduct commercial negotiations; 

-Have the ability to assess the financial risk of its customers; 

-Manage the company’s relationship with the client; 

– Handle customer complaints;

– Conduct competitive intelligence and report information; 

– Write reports (daily, weekly, monthly) of visits, sales and commercial proposals; 

-Seize opportunities; 




 

Hours: Full time 

 

Place of work: DOUALA 

 

Place of interviews: DOUALA
