POSITION CHARACTERISTICS
- Job title: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
- Field of activity: COMMERCE/COMMUNICATION/SALES
- Job location: DOUALA
- Main Mission: Ensure the creation of customer orders in the system.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Training: Business communication/sales and commercial negotiation/International trade
- Education level: BACC + 3
- Personal Qualities: good written and oral expression, methodical, rigorous, dedicated, disciplined and punctual; have team spirit, a sense of discretion, and confidentiality. Self-controlled and stress-resistant. Fluent in French and English, have organizational skills.
- Professional experience: 2 years and more
- Age: 21 years – 26 years
- Master Word and Excel
- To be bilingual
MISSIONS / PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
- Create and approve orders
- Processing of delivery notes
- Make orders on time and check prices, types and quantities
- Process delivery of goods with customer drivers and record driver information
- Communicate with other departments and process daily files
- Accurately count cash payments and give the money to accountants on time.
- Count monthly employee turnover
- Daily recording of payments and transfers, validation of operations in the system
- Other spots distributed by customer service.
- ….etc.
