As part of strengthening our activities, we are recruiting a Digital Marketing Assistant Manager.
Your missions:
Your role will be to:
o Participate in the development of the web communication strategy: you participate in the development of the organization’s communication strategy on social networks in consultation with the management.
o Upload editorial content
o Develop communication on social networks: you represent the organization and its services on social networks (Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), and develop its visibility on the web.
o Moderate user comments and contributions.
o Take care of the e-reputation
o Ensure technology watch
o Production of advertising flyers, catalogs;
o Create videos to animate the editorial line of social networks;

• Office Pack
• Adobe/Canva Suite
• Photography and videos
Appreciated skills
o Knowledge of applications for creating social media content
Required profile
o You have training in communication and/or marketing.
o You are organized, proactive and have good analytical skills.
o You have a taste for challenge and like to be proactive.
o You are perfectly comfortable with social networks.
o You are able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job location: Douala, Bonanjo
Candidate criteria
o Education level min. required: Bac+2 or equivalent
o Minimum experience level. required: 1 year or more
o Languages: French (Fluent), English (Professional Level)
