Opening a direct competition for the recruitment of twenty (20) personnel in the corps of civil servants of the Livestock and Maritime Fisheries Services, session 2022.

THE MINISTER FOR THE PUBLIC SERVICE AND ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM,
Considering the Constitution;
Having regard to decree 110 75/790 of December 18, 1975 on the Special Statute of the body of civil servants of the Livestock and Maritime Fisheries Services;
Having regard to decree 11094/199 of October 7, 1994 on the General Statute of the State Public Service, amended and supplemented by decree 1102000/287 of October 12, 2000;
Having regard to Decree No. 2011/408 of December 9, 2011 on the organization of the Government, amended and supplemented by Decree 110 2018/190 of March 2, 2018;
Considering decree 110 2012/537 of November 19, 2012 on the organization of the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform;

Considering decree 110 2018/191 of March 02, 2018 on the reorganization of the Government;
Considering the decree 110 2000/696/PM of September 13, 2000 fixing the General Regime of Administrative Competitions;

PRIME
Having regard to decree n0040/PM of May 19, 2022 setting the terms and conditions for the granting of disabilities during administrative competitions and State recruitment,

ORDERS:
Article 1.- a) This decree opens recruitment in the body of civil servants of the Livestock and Maritime Fisheries Services, according to the following distribution:
ten (10) Veterinary Doctors, category “A” second civil service rank; ten (10) Veterinary nurses, category ‘B’ first grade of the public service.
b) The said competition will take place on November 26 and 27, 2022 at the single center in Yaoundé.

Article 2.- CONDITIONS TO BE FULFILLED IN ORDER TO APPLY.

Be able to carry out the work of a Veterinarian; fulfill the general conditions required for access to public employment enacted by the General Statute of the Public Service of the State;

Veterinarians Seventeen (17) years old at least and thirty-four (34) years old at most on January 1, 2022 (be born between 01/01/1988 and 01/01/2005). Hold a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine or an equivalent diploma issued by a national training establishment or by a recognized foreign or international school appearing on a list fixed by order of the Prime Minister.

however, disabled persons holding a National Disability Card issued by the competent authorities, benefit from an age exemption for a ceiling of five (05) years maximum, above above the age limit set above, in accordance with decree noo 0 referred to above

Article 3.- COMPOSITION OF CANDIDATES

The files can be submitted to concoursonline.minfopra.gov.cm or deposited in the
Regional delegations of the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform, until Friday, November 11, 2022, strict deadline and must imperatively include the following documents:

1. a registration form stamped with one thousand (1000) CFA francs, the printout of which is available in the services of the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform or in the Regional Delegations of the said Ministry and downloadable from the website: http ://www.minfopra.gov.cm •
2. a certified true copy of the birth certificate signed by a competent civil authority;
3. an extract from the criminal record, bulletin no3;
4. a certified copy of the required diploma, signed by a competent civil authority;
5. an attestation of presentation of the original diploma, signed by a competent civil authority;
6. a medical certificate issued by a doctor in the public sector;
7. a receipt for payment of the sum of fifteen thousand (15,000) CFA francs issued by a person in charge of the EXPRESS UNION counter of the place of deposit of the application file;
8. two (02) 4×4 photos;
9. an envelope stamped with one thousand (1000) CFA francs addressed to the candidate.
NB:
Candidates who submit their files online are exempt from the formalities of submitting physical files. However, said files must imperatively be submitted to the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform for candidates declared definitively admitted.
Candidates wishing to be accompanied free of charge in the online registration procedure can approach the branches of the National Observatory of

youth (ONJ) ​​accommodated within the Multifunctional Youth Promotion Centers (CMPJ).

c Any file that is incomplete, late or whose documents are signed at a police station will not be accepted.
Documents legalized by an administrative, municipal or judicial authority must be dated less than three (03) months from the date of submission of the files.

Article 4.- PROGRAMS, TIMETABLES AND CONDITIONS FOR WRITTEN TESTS.

1- The composition programs are those of the study cycles delivering the diplomas required to apply.
2- The admissibility tests will take place on the following dates and times:

3- The time limit for access to the rooms is imperatively set at 7 am sharp.

Article 5.- CONDUCT OF THE ORAL TESTS.

A press release from the Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reform will specify the dates and times for passing the oral tests for final admission.

Article 6.- PUBLICATION OF RESULTS..

The final results of these competitions will be published by order of the Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reform.
Article 7.- Any fraud observed before, during or after the running of the competition will be penalized in accordance with the laws and regulations in force. Article 8.- This decree will be registered and published wherever necessary. /-
