DRY CLEANING PROJECT MANAGER – Cameroon
DRY CLEANING PROJECT MANAGER
We are recruiting on behalf of a client (owner of a hotel chain, among others) based in Douala, Cameroon, a dry cleaning / laundry professional project manager whose main missions will be to:
– Carry out an inventory of available equipment and make investment proposals in connection with the development of the activity and the restructuring of the company;
– Coordinate all activities necessary for the restructuring and proper functioning of the dry cleaning business;
– Propose, with the help of an internal team, a medium-term development plan for the business;
– Organize staff training on the use of equipment, cleaning techniques and customer service;
– Establish quality standards and ensure that they are respected;
– Implement performance indicators to evaluate the efficiency of operations and customer satisfaction;
JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Proven experience (at least 10 years) in the cleaning, textile or service sector.
– Knowledge of dry cleaning operations, cleaning techniques and quality standards.
– Immediate availability
