EcoMatin is recruiting a Marketing & Sales Director

01 MARKETING & SALES DIRECTOR
Main missions
- Define and implement EcoMatin’s marketing and sales strategy (B2B & B2C)
- Develop sales (advertising, subscriptions, events, digital services)
- Identify new markets and business opportunities (CEMAC & diaspora)
- Supervise and lead the sales team (objectives, monitoring, reporting)
- Manage relationships with advertisers, partners, media agencies and institutions Manage the marketing and sales budget
- Work closely with editorial, general management and digital teams
- Strengthen brand awareness through multi-channel campaigns (press, digital, events)
Profile sought
- Bac+4/5 in marketing, communication, commerce, or equivalent
- Proven experience (5 years minimum) in a sales or marketing management position, ideally in media, tech, or communications
- Excellent knowledge of the Cameroonian and/or sub-regional market (CEMAC)
- Strong skills in negotiation, team management, business strategy
- Analytical skills, creativity, results orientation
- Mastery of digital tools, CRM, and digital marketing solutions
- Language: Fluent in French, English is an asset
