01 MARKETING & SALES DIRECTOR

Main missions

Define and implement EcoMatin’s marketing and sales strategy (B2B & B2C)
Develop sales (advertising, subscriptions, events, digital services)
Identify new markets and business opportunities (CEMAC & diaspora)
Supervise and lead the sales team (objectives, monitoring, reporting)
Manage relationships with advertisers, partners, media agencies and institutions Manage the marketing and sales budget
Work closely with editorial, general management and digital teams
Strengthen brand awareness through multi-channel campaigns (press, digital, events)

Profile sought

Bac+4/5 in marketing, communication, commerce, or equivalent
Proven experience (5 years minimum) in a sales or marketing management position, ideally in media, tech, or communications
Excellent knowledge of the Cameroonian and/or sub-regional market (CEMAC)
Strong skills in negotiation, team management, business strategy
Analytical skills, creativity, results orientation
Mastery of digital tools, CRM, and digital marketing solutions
Language: Fluent in French, English is an asset
