Job Description: Senior Customer Relations Officer (M/F)

Missions and attributions:

Pilot in collaboration with the other departments the follow-up of the commercial activity;
Set business objectives and track prospecting and sales achievements;
Designing service offers for “Private Clients” and “Corporate Clients”;
Participate in commercial negotiations for service offers;
Ensure the follow-up of major and historical customers (Key Accounts);
Collaborate in product design;

Ensure the receipt and processing of customer orders;
Monitor the outcome of transactions initiated by customers;
Supervise and produce the various reports requested by customers;
Ensure the interface with banking partners;
Organize and lead training seminars;
Participate in the development and implementation of the commercial strategy.

Required Profiles and Skills:

Bac+4/5 Business School, School of Communication, University degree (Professional Master, MBA) in marketing-commerce-sales;
Master sales and commercial negotiation techniques;
3/4 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in the financial sector (Banking, Insurance…);
Good writing and relational skills;
Conversing in English in a Professional Context;

Relational ease (very sensitive internal and external communication);
Recognized for your rigor and your sense of organization;
Good command of oral and written expression;
Discretion and respect for hierarchy.
