SOCIETE GENERALE AFRIQUE CENTRAL ET DE L’EST IS WANTED FOR ITS RETAIL MANAGEMENT ONE (01) INTERIM RESPONSIBLE FOR MARKET ANIMATION

Under the supervision of the Regional Retail Director, your missions are as follows:

• Participate in the definition of the regional commercial strategy
• Relay and deploy this strategy at regional level
• Be a source of proposals in the identification of standard models of commercial animation
• Be responsible for boosting and contributing to the development of the Retail market,
• Be responsible for the effectiveness of the commercial actions undertaken

Main activities

• Have a good knowledge of the Retail market in its scope and implement appropriate action plans to develop this market
• Prospectively study the evolution of the Retail market in the Region and have a good understanding of the position of the competition
•  Provide expertise and support the DCPPs in the development of their GNP
•  Feeding the DEC’s commercial action plan
• Measure the profitability of the animation actions implemented
• Develop different types of animation with the objective of significantly developing the profitability of the Retail market
• Identify, implement and manage, in conjunction with the Professional Individual Commercial Directors (DCPP), the upskilling and anchoring of the commercial and behavioral and managerial postures of the employees of the Business Units
• Identify the training needs of sales teams and propose training solutions, dedicated support

Profile

• Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Commerce or equivalent 
• Confirmed experience in the commercial banking sector (at least 3 years)
