Within the framework of electrical, welding and boiler making works for airport equipment and assistance vehicles, the company Aéroports Du Cameroun (ADC SA) is looking for ” Electrical Maintenance Technicians: automobile ” and ” Maintenance Technicians boilermakers-welders » responding to the profiles described below:

1. AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRICIAN MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS: JOB
MISSION

Placed under the authority of a Head of Section, the Automotive Electrician Maintenance Technician’s main mission is to carry out daily electrical repairs to ramp machinery, equipment and assistance vehicles. The purpose of the position is to provide technical support to his team in order to make and maintain the electrical components operational on various supports such as starters, alternators, boxes and electrical circuits intended for equipment.

MAIN ACTIVITIES :

Read and interpret an electrical diagram correctly;
Repair the electrical part of track machines and assistance equipment;
Have the electrical parts returned to the store if necessary in collaboration with the Workshop and Repair section manager according to the intervention carried out;
Update the electrical repair handbook on a daily basis
Follow all the procedures put in place as part of the maintenance sheet information;
Ensure the implementation of safety and security measures during interventions

REQUIRED SKILLS :

Ability to identify intervention methods;

Know how to prepare the appropriate equipment;
Ability to diagnose and locate a breakdown or failure of electrical origin or regulatory non-compliance;
Know how to control an electrical installation;
Be able to determine corrective measures;
Know how to detect a malfunction.

REQUIRED PROFILE :

Be at least 40 years old;
Hold a Baccalaureate F3 level diploma with a CAP in Electricity;
Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar job;
Have a sense of contact, listening and human relations;
Have team spirit, rigor, reliability and cooperation;
Demonstrate probity and have a sense of ethics;
Be proactive and have the ability to take initiative;
Be in good physical condition.

2. BOILERMAKER-WELDERS MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS: JOB
MISSION:

Placed under the authority of a Head of Section, the Boilermaker-Welder Maintenance Technician’s main mission is to carry out daily mechanical, welding and boilerwork repairs to ground vehicles and assistance vehicles. The purpose of the position is to provide technical support to his team in order to keep the assistance equipment in working order.

MAIN ACTIVITIES :

Regularly control, monitor and maintain mechanical equipment cleaning and lubrication (preventive maintenance);
Repair the mechanical part and/or weld the track machines, equipment and assistance vehicles; Propose solutions to optimize the security and performance of equipment (watch);
Implement the GHM;
Follow all the procedures put in place as part of the maintenance sheet information;
Daily update the handbook of mechanical repairs, welding and/or boilermaking;
Return the mechanical parts to the store if necessary in collaboration with the Head of Logistics according to the intervention carried out;
Ensure the implementation of safety and security measures during interventions.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

Know how to perform welds according to the appropriate processes and applicable standards;
Being able to control the quality of the welds performed,
Know how to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment;
Be able to make the primary parts of boilermaking;
Be able to assemble elements of a sheet metal sub-assembly;
Ability to control the quality of the finished product;
Ability to account for its activity.

REQUIRED PROFILE :

Be at least 40 years old;
Hold a Baccalaureate F1 or MF/CM level diploma;
Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar job;
Have a sense of contact, listening and human relations;
Have team spirit, rigor, reliability and cooperation;
Demonstrate probity and have a sense of ethics;
Be proactive and have the ability to take initiative;
Be in good physical condition.
