Equipment Assistant needed at CMA CGM

CMA CGM is looking for 01 Equipment Assistant Douala

MISSION
Monitor and update container status information in depots/terminals via the EDI system. Ensure proper management of the shipowner’s stock of containers and seals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Integrate EDI Tracking
Container tracking through operating software
Integrate SOC containers
Tracking and updating movements

Objectives and tasks

Prepare the stock report of empty containers on a daily and weekly basis;
Container Movement Updates
Tracking of damaged containers
Make the condition of import/export containers, full or empty in long duration at customers or on the terminal;
Inform ports of shipment of full import/export containers with a stay of more than 30 days;
Prepare the monthly report on container turnover times;
Transmit empty/full container seals to CMA CGM customers
Ensure the back office of inventory management.

Skills

LARA / C-REPORT / MIRA / DIVA / GAIA / LARA CARGO/ MACS3/ IRECOVERY
Mastery of office suite software: Excel, Word, Powerpoint

Experiences and Training:

Hold a minimum bac 3+ diploma in logistics transport or related sector
Experience in the maritime sector would be a plus
Be bilingual in French and English
