NEXAH SARL is a company specializing in the development of mobile solutions for the African market. In order to strengthen its teams, NEXAH is currently recruiting 01 management assistant
Missions
Under the supervision of the General Director of the company, the management assistant will have the following missions:
- Organize and manage the General Director’s schedule
- Organize meetings and manage participants
- Write internal communication materials (reports, minutes, notes, etc.)
- Process information (collect, classify, update, etc.)
PROFILE
- Have at least a bachelor’s degree in executive assistantship, organization and administrative management or any other equivalent diploma
- Have at least 1 year’s experience as an executive assistant
- Have a good command of the office pack
PERSONAL SKILLS
- Be passionate about new technologies and/or digital
- Have ease of communication and good adaptability
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be able to work in a team
- Be of good moral character
- Have a sense of discipline and responsibility
- Know how to maintain confidentiality internally and externally
- Be proactive, curious, dynamic, insightful,
