KAGEDEV is a non-governmental organization for development working in
the fields of education, training, health and culture. In addition to its own
initiatives, KAGEDEV supports local actors in Cameroon in the design,
development and implementation of education projects. The objective is to strengthen the
capacities and promote the autonomy of populations (communities, parents, teachers,
etc.) in Cameroon so that they can become sustainable actors in their own lives and
responsible citizens.

Executive Assistant (M / F)

Job description
After an “on-boarding” phase, you will take your place with our CEO whom you
will assist in all of his daily tasks and missions. You liaise with
all members of the organization and external stakeholders with the mission of
facilitating communications and optimizing the CEO’s daily schedule. With a high level of autonomy

main missions
• Management of agendas, multi-time zone schedules and business trips,
• Preparation of complex documents,
• Interface for internal teams and external clients,
• Assistance with project management and process improvement,
• Administration of commercial contacts and actions in the CRM,
• Verification of monthly invoices,
• Management of complex corporate actions,
• Advice on rules, regulations and technical possibilities,
• Collaboration with local regulators.
• Planning and organizing agendas for General Management meetings
• Administrative management: letters, phone calls, expense reports, etc.
• Management of governance and meeting rituals
• Independently drafting and distributing letters, emails, invitations
• Development of monitoring dashboards (invoices or expense reports)
• Updating internal documents of the organization
Required profile
Graduate of higher education, you have at least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
dedicated to a president, within a company/organization. You are perfectly
bilingual and have a perfect command of Outlook and calendar management with a keen sense of service
and organization, you operate with complete autonomy and proactivity, you know how to manage with
enthusiasm, agility and great discretion the responsibilities entrusted to you. Available
for your PCA, you are keen to invest yourself in order to support him in his daily life
