Facilities Management Officer. CAF

CAF is recruiting a Facilities Management Officer.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and coordinate all facilities (telecommunications, heating, electricity, etc.) and refurbishments.
• Manage the maintenance of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
• Review utility consumption and strive to minimize costs.
• Manage insurance plans and service contracts.
• Responsible for the entire billing cycle of all building elements (telephones, electricity, water, gas bills).
• Ensure the follow-up of all CAF premises.
• Inspect building structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
• Control activities such as parking allocation, waste disposal, building, etc.
• Allocate office space as needed.
• Maintain financial and non-financial records.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in facilities management.
• Good command of AutoCAD.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic; Fluency in French is an asset.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
