We are looking for one of our clients, operating in the financial technology sector, a Sales Manager M/F based in Cameroon.
YOUR FUNCTION
– identify market developments and the company’s positioning on this market;
– define the means to develop the company’s offer;
– accompany the sales force in the field to advise it;
– plan the training actions of his team;
– prospect and retain strategic accounts for the company;
– conduct negotiations on new contracts;
– validate the achievement of objectives
YOUR PROFILE
– You have skills in commercial and financial techniques.
– Good sense of negotiation and listening.
– Management of a sales team.
– You know how to define the commercial strategy and the means to be implemented.
– You are able to set up the indicators of management of the activity.
