FINASDEE Credit Line is looking for Direct Sales Agents (DSA) for its activities.

Role Description and Summary

Account opening and deposit mobilization
Identify deposit mobilization opportunities and seize them in a timely manner
Constant cross-selling to ensure each account is equipped with at least 3 products
Constantly and actively participate in management meetings Sales
Propose marketing and sales strategies to management to help capture identified business opportunities
Ensure robust execution of established sales call plans and provide ongoing feedback on results

Skills and Qualifications Qualifications
Holder at least an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in banking, finance, sales, marketing or a related discipline
Bilingual in French and English
At least 2 years of experience acquired within a banking or microfinance institution in the sales function
Strong, verifiable evidence of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong address book
Strong knowledge of microfinance products with a clear understanding of their benefits to clients and the institution
Strong oral communication skills and written
Strong reporting and analytical skills
Visibly a charismatic individual with a pleasant personality
Ability to work under pressure and achieve set goals
Basic knowledge of social media marketing
Ability to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Familiar with the operation of microfinance accounting software
