First International Inn (FINI HOTEL) is recruiting 01 pastry chef
Duties:
- Make pastry products
- Develop new recipes
- Manage the stocks made available
- Realize the technical sheets
- Apply hygiene rules
Main activities :
- Order raw materials
- Realization of technical sheets
- Make pastries according to the technical sheets
- Equipment monitoring and maintenance
- Application of good hygiene practices

Select and dose the ingredients according to the technical sheet
