- Achieve volume and margin, market share and profitability targets for the points of sale in its portfolio
- Achieve the profitability objectives of the points of sale in its portfolio
- Ensure the competitive intelligence of its region of competence
- Ensure the application of procedures and various strategies
- Continuously train and retrain the staff of the service stations in its portfolio
- Develop the customer file through prospecting actions
