•  Monitor, control and manage the risks (financial, human, environmental, technical) inherent in the type of service station management adopted by TRADEX Prospect and acquire new markets and customers
•  Achieve volume and margin, market share and profitability targets for the points of sale in its portfolio
•  Achieve the profitability objectives of the points of sale in its portfolio
• Ensure the competitive intelligence of its region of competence
• Ensure the application of procedures and various strategies
•  Continuously train and retrain the staff of the service stations in its portfolio
• Develop the customer file through prospecting actions
• Ensure the general cleanliness of service stations
• Control all service station sales documents
