Freshbag recruits professional trainees in entrepreneurship and business management

The company Freshbag to support the development of new activities and fight against youth unemployment recruits professional trainees in entrepreneurship and business management in the city of Yaoundé.

Under the supervision of the Director of Projects, Research and Development, you will contribute to the implementation of the missions of creation of new activities, products or services of the various projects of the company in the following sectors of activity: agriculture, livestock, agri-food, ICT, Social Entrepreneurship, SDGs etc.

MAIN MISSIONS

• Collaborate on the creation of new activities (identify business opportunities in various sectors of activity and transform them into viable activities)
• Work with seed start-ups to help them validate their business model (value proposition, business model, business plan, MVP development, etc.)
• Support start-up fundraising from financial partners and venture capital funds
• A management part: Business Development, Marketing, Events, Partnerships

• With a minimum Bac +2 training in project management, marketing, business administration or any related specialty, you can have relevant experience in project management with “concrete” results achieved.
• Endowed with leadership and a spirit of initiative, an extraordinary intellect and good communicator, you also know how to be organized, and know how to stay calm under pressure.
• Being able to express yourself fluently in French and fluent English is an advantage for this position.
