Mission of the ideal candidate
Ensure the operational and strategic management of the hotel to guarantee an optimal customer experience.
Supervise and coordinate the different departments to optimize the quality of services.
Ensure the profitability of the establishment by optimizing costs and performance.

Main responsibilities
Supervise and lead teams to ensure quality service.
Establish and monitor hotel performance indicators.

Define and implement an effective sales and marketing strategy.
Ensure compliance with hotel, safety and hygiene standards.
Manage the budget and ensure optimization of financial resources.

Profile sought
Degree in hotel management, management or similar field.
5 years of proven experience in hotel management, in a 3-star establishment or more
Leadership, responsiveness and ability to make strategic decisions.
Excellent team management and customer relationship skills.
Mastery of hotel management tools and reservation software
