Mission of the ideal candidate
Develop attractive and balanced menus in keeping with the hotel’s image.
Ensure a quality culinary experience by supervising all kitchen operations.
Ensure effective management of teams and resources to optimize the profitability of the catering service.

Main responsibilities
Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
Control costs and ensure the profitability of the catering department.

Manage and train the kitchen team to optimize organization and productivity.
Supervise the preparation and presentation of dishes to ensure consistent quality.
Manage purchases and stocks of raw materials in collaboration with the purchasing department.
Design and renew menus taking into account culinary trends and customer expectations.
Work with management to organize gastronomic events and offer special offers.

Profile sought
Creativity, passion for gastronomy and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Mastery of hygiene and food safety standards and rules.
Diploma in Culinary or Hospitality Management with a specialization in Culinary Arts.
Confirmed experience of at least 5 years as a chef in a 3-star or higher hotel establishment.
