Your missions :
Develop and retain customer loyalty by highlighting the hotel’s services and benefits.
Actively contribute to turnover growth through targeted commercial actions

Main responsibilities
Ensure competitive monitoring to adapt commercial strategies.
Develop and manage a client portfolio by ensuring regular and personalized monitoring.
Participate in the development of promotional offers and communication campaigns.
Negotiate and conclude contracts, ensuring advantageous conditions for the hotel.
Report on sales performance to management and suggest areas for improvement.

Prospect and acquire new clients (companies, travel agencies, event organizers, individuals).

Work in synergy with other departments (reception, catering, events) to maximize customer satisfaction.

Profile sought
Autonomy, rigor and organization.
Excellent negotiation and customer relationship skills.
Ability to achieve and exceed ambitious business goals.
Degree in business, marketing, hospitality management or similar field.
Proficiency in IT tools and business management software (CRM, Excel, etc.).
Proven experience in a commercial position, ideally in the hotel or tourism sector.
