Job Description
KHPC is looking for an experienced GIS Engineer to join our team.

The position is located within the Environmental and Social Department, under the direct supervision of the Director. It requires in-depth expertise in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and proven proficiency in the ESRI ArcGIS software suite. The candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and management of innovative GIS solutions to meet project needs.

Responsibilities
Design and implement GIS solutions;
Develop and maintain online GIS applications with ArcGIS Online, Field Maps and Survey123 (or equivalent software suite);
Analyze and interpret geospatial data to support decision making;
Collaborate with internal teams to understand GIS needs and propose suitable solutions;
Provide training and technical support to end users;
Participate in technological monitoring and propose continuous improvements to GIS tools and methods.

Required Qualifications
Engineering degree or equivalent in geomatics, geography or related field;
More than 10 years of experience in a similar role;
Proficiency in the ESRI ArcGIS software suite, including ArcGIS Online, Field Maps, and Survey123;
Experience in geospatial database management;
Programming skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for developing GIS applications;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Desired Skills
Knowledge of GIS standards and norms;
Experience with other GIS tools (QGIS, etc.) would be an asset;
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
